Kreuz Market renews partnership with AM Racing for 2020 Truck Series season

STATESVILLE, N.C.: Continuing to see partnerships renewed ahead of the 2020 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series season, AM Racing announced today that Kreuz Market will also return with the organization this season.

Kreuz Market located in the Barbecue Capital of Texas offers some of the best-smoked sausage and craft meats. Served on butcher paper and eaten in a rustic cafeteria typesetting the same way since there opening in 1900.

Kreuz Market with its landmark servings offering sausage and BBQ, without sauce or forks, in a sprawling, rustic cafeteria-like setting will enhance its partnership with the family-owned AM Racing team beginning with the season-opening race at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway this weekend.

“Kreuz Market is thrilled to continue to be apart of the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series with Austin Wayne Self and AM Racing,” the company said in a statement.

“Being in Texas and sponsoring and supporting a Texas driver says a lot for what we do. We continue to see that the NASCAR family has a great following and committed race fans. We hope to meet these fans whether it be online ordering some of our amazing barbecue to be shipped or taking the trip to experience the true Texas barbecue experience.”

For Self, the Kreuz Market partnership is more than just having a decal on a race truck, it’s continuing to work alongside another Texas-based company and have some of the state’s finest barbeque at their fingertips.

“It’s been a big week for AM Racing with a lot of our partners making the decision to renew their support with my and our race team for the 2020 season,” Self said. “For Kreuz, they’ve been with us a couple of years and not only send some great barbecue to the track, but they continue to dive headfirst into taking advantage of the partnership at the race track.

“Whether it’s bringing family, friends, business associates or other company ambassadors to the race track, it’s neat to see Kreuz continue to take steps to enhance their relationship not only at the track but back at their Texas locations on a weekly basis.

“I’m eager to see what they have in store for 2020.”

The green flag for the 2020 NGROTS season begins at the “World Center of Racing” at Daytona International Speedway on Fri., Feb 14, 2020, for the NextEra Energy Resources 250 live on FOX Sports 1, the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM Satellite Radio NASCAR Channel 90.

About Kreuz Market:

When Charles Kreuz Sr. opened a grocery store in 1900, he started smoking meats and sausage in brick barbecue pits and selling it to his customers on butcher paper. That’s how they did it in the old country at German meat-markets and that’s how we do it today. New barbecue joints are popping up all the time—some with ribs drowned in sauce, others with new fangled commercial smokers.

You won’t find that stuff at Kreuz. We do it the old-fashioned way because here in the home of Texas barbecue, we know that original way is still the best way.
