AWS made his 21st NASCAR Camping World Series Truck Series start driving the No.66 entry for AM Racing.  This was AM Racing’s first multi-truck team effort of the season.  The flagship No.22 Truck was driven by first timer Myatt Snider. Snider finished 17th behind the wheel of his Louisiana Hot Sauce Toyota.

After 10 months and 22 NCWTS’ events the attention now shifts to the season finale on Friday, November 18 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Phoenix International Raceway Post Race Quote:pir1

“It was a tough night out there.  We didn’t really have the best starting position – had to really battle the truck during qualifying.  The handling got much better once green flag dropped.  I had a little trouble getting into the corners early on but overall it was a huge improvement from qualifying. But that was all short lived – had some problems with tire damage from early incident with 02 truck that wasn’t really noticeable until 5 or 6 laps into that long green flag run.  It really hurt our chances and caused us to go couple laps down.  It was frustrating but the guys worked really hard for that finish.”
