About Big Ass Fans

Big Ass Solutions’ unique name originated with the massive overhead fans the company perfected to bring comfort and energy savings to large spaces lacking air conditioning, such as dairy barns and factories. Today, though, Big Ass is much more than industrial—and much more than Big Ass Fans. Big Ass means quality, form and function to solve problems in the built environment. Churches and schools needed fans to cool their congregations and classrooms, so the company developed the first silent motor for massive fans. The Big Ass Light division started in 2014 with the launch of the company’s heavy-duty, industrial-grade LED fixtures, so tough you can drive a truck over them. The Haiku Home residential division was recently launched to transform the home through cutting edge technology, iconic design and effortless conservation. Big Ass Solutions has an insatiable drive to research, engineer, innovate and improve. In short, they don’t do things halfway – they go Big Ass.

About Four Escobars, LLC

Four Escobars is the new favorite of Texans everywhere! This barbecue sauce blends the perfect amount of paprika, chili powder and crushed red pepper with just the right amount of sweetness to create a fantastic sauce that makes for “A Little Sweet, A Little Heat.” It will grab both sides of your tongue and leave a lasting impression on your palate. Try all three flavors: Raspberry, Original and Honey.

The name Four Escobars represents family, which is what Texas is all about. The creation and development of this “perfect sauce” came from the four members of the Escobar family: Cletis (dad), Michelle (mom), Gannon and Garrison (sons). Each member played an important role in the development of the sauce. Cletis was the creator, and the rest of the family were the critiques! Gannon was the deciding factor in just how much raspberry should go into the Raspberry sauce, while Garrison was the creative mind “bee-hind” the Honey label.

Four EscobarsThe label was created to highlight cities and towns across Texas. Behind the logo you will find a map of Texas with small towns and large cities nicely faded into the background. Four Escobars was created in Waxahachie, Texas, which is prominently and proudly displayed below the logo. If you look close, you will also find the names of each family member on the map. The GO TEXAN logo is also displayed on the label so consumers will know that it is a Texas product.

Four Escobars, LLC, was established in September of 2013. Distribution started with an HEB partnership in January of 2015. By March of 2016, sales were over 100,000 bottles locally.  HEB has expanded distribution throughout the state of Texas, and now Four Escobars can be found in over 150 HEB locations.
